FST‑344, its most commonly used isoform in peptide therapy, acts as a direct inhibitor of the myostatin/activin A axis, allowing continuous muscle development without the side effects of anabolic steroids.
It may also be useful in individuals with sarcopenia or disease-induced muscle loss.
